Welcome to elitedash.com, the online service of EliteDash, LLC, ("EliteDash, LLC " "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy discloses our policies for information gathering and dissemination practices for our current and future online and mobile websites, platforms, services, applications, and networks owned or operated by EliteDash, including without limitation, www.elitedash.com and/or other sites or applications through which EliteDash currently or in the future provides services and/or technology (the “Site” or “Sites”). Any terms and conditions not expressly set forth in this Privacy Policy are governed by the Agreement. If you choose to accept this Privacy Policy, as incorporated within the Agreement, you must do so as written, without modification. If you do not accept this Privacy Policy you will not be allowed to create an account or receive the Services.     This Privacy Policy governs EliteDash’s collection, use and/or sharing of any information you provide to EliteDash in connection with your EliteDash account or your use of the Site and/or the Services which may include, without limitation, information such as your name, e-mail address, other online contact information, physical address, phone number, cell phone number, geolocation information, a persistent identifier that can be used to recognize you over time and across different sites, photos, videos or audio files posted on the Site and any other personally identifying information related to you (“Personal Information”), credit card information (“Credit Card Information”), height, weight, athletic or physical abilities and/or limitations, usernames and passwords used to access your account on EliteDash Sites and similar information of any kind or nature including without limitation information about you provided by coaches, officials, league administrators or others (“Sensitive Information”). EliteDash and its affiliates, Team AutoPay, LLC, Payment Scheduler, LLC and Cloud Developing, LLC collect and maintain Personal Information, Credit Card Information, Sensitive Information and other available information through the Site. Our employees and agents who are authorized by us to handle your information will have access to all information. When you visit the Site or send emails to us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically as well as from other team members, coaches, administrators, officials and other. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site. We may provide aggregate statistics about customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to third- parties, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.


    1. Personal information we collect is used to process registration or participation fees, process equipment and uniform orders and payments, and for team, league and other communications, notices and scheduling. We will provide your email address to teams, leagues and groups that you identify and associate with or that identify you as a member.
    2. We may use your Personal Information to create and maintain your account, to personalize your experience, and to send periodic e-mail communications relating to the Service, such as purchase receipts, account confirmations, and customer service correspondence. Demographic and profile data collected from our Site is also used to tailor our visitor's experience at our Site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences.
    3. We may also provide your e-mail address to third parties for the purpose of sending you advertisements or marketing their products or services to you, delivering e-mail communications and preventing fraudulent transactions. Such third parties may include, without limitation, persons selling sporting equipment or similar products or services and to associations and others that provide services to athletes and teams for the sport or sports you are participating in. We may also sell email addresses and other contact and other Personal Information such gender, age or date of birth, sport interests to third-parties advertisers and retailers.
    4. We may use your Personal Information to improve the Site and the Services. We may share Internet protocol addresses used to access the Site with designated third parties to prevent and prevent and detect fraud.  We may use services and technologies provided by other companies to assist us in understanding your use of the Site.  Your Personal Information may be available to such third parties to the extent that their technology collects such information for our use.  We reserve the right to transfer your Personal Information to any successor in interest to all or some portion of our business.

You understand and agree we may monitor usage on the Site and the Services and may share your use of the Site and Services with law enforcement agencies and officials in response to inquiries or if we have reason to believe your use of the Site and Services is for an unlawful purpose. We have the right to refuse service, terminate your account, or take other actions in our discretion. You agree to inform us of any unauthorized use and to take steps to prevent its further unauthorized use.


    Our Site may provide links to third-party sites that are not operated by EliteDash. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or content of those sites and recommend that you check the relevant privacy policies of those sites to determine how your personal information will be used.


    If you provide EliteDash written notice of your request to remove your Personal Information, we will endeavor to remove it as soon as practical. You understand that any such removal is only intended to result in the removal of your Personal Information from EliteDash’s own records, but will not result in, nor will your request create an expectation of, any removal of any information about you from the Available Information.


    EliteDash may store, and you authorize EliteDash to store, your Credit Card and/or Sensitive Information solely for its purposes. EliteDash will not share your Credit Card and/or Sensitive Information for any purposes, unless EliteDash first obtains your prior written consent to do so.


    Notwithstanding anything in this Privacy Policy to the contrary, EliteDash may use any information you provide, when aggregated with others’ information, to provide trend analysis of market segments, business growth patterns, or any other trending information. In such event, EliteDash will not use any personally-identifying information you have provided in any manner which will divulge you or your business in such trending analysis. Further, EliteDash may use your information to provide case studies, provided you cannot and will not be able to be identified in such event.


    Our Site is directed toward a general audience. We do not target children as out primary audience, although children under 13 and their Parents may desire to use our Site to the extent that the child is a member of a team, association or league that uses our Site and Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 13 on our Sites without parental consent. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and abide by the Federal Trade Commission's Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule. To the extent that a Parent does not want his or her child to receive announcements, emails or other communications from others through the Site, the Parent can opt-out of letting the child participate in such activities and still make payments using the Site. Please note that if you revoke your consent and refuse to the further use and collection of Personal Information from your child, we may terminate your child’s account and the services offered to your child since the ability to disseminate Personal Information to coaches, teams, leagues and others is an integral part of the services that we offer and provide through this Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Parents will be able to opt out of the collection and use of information, the disclosure of child’s personal information to equipment to distributors, retailers and others of sporting and equipment goods that the child and his or her parents may be interested in by going to “Account Settings” on this Site.
